The bands debut album, Waterloo to Anywhere, was released on May 8, 2006 and reached No3 on the music charts. The first official single from the album “Bang Bang You’re Dead” was released in April 2006 and reached No5 in the singles chart in its first week of sales.
The band toured extensively in the UK during the first half of 2006, playing their first American show at the SXSW festival in Texas. During the summer of that year they also played at several UK festivals, including the Isle Of Wight Festival, Wireless Festival, T In The Park and the Irish festival Oxegen. They also supported the Red Hot Chili Peppers in July 2006.
